The Worship Arts Pastor at aldea is responsible for leading the music and creative arts ministries of aldea by recruiting and developing team members; coaching team members toward enhanced musical, vocal, and performance skills; crafting the creative elements of Sunday gatherings in conjunction with the Senior Pastor and Creative Team; ensuring that Sunday gatherings are engaging, provide opportunities to encounter God, and are consistent with the diverse character of the community; working in harmony with the vision and values of aldea, including its progressive approach to the Christian faith.  For interviews contact Rob @ (520) 591-9926 or Fax resumes to (520) 219-9629  Compensation commensurate with experience
